Your data is not shared with third parties other than the digital music distribution platforms you approve for release, legal requirements, and copyright organizations for your released works.
What rights do I have under KVKK (Turkish data protection law)?

Under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have rights such as finding out whether your data is being processed, asking about the purpose of processing, and requesting correction or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete data. You can reach us at support@lunovia.com.tr to exercise these rights.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems once the legally required retention periods have ended.
