How we monitor

Lunovia services are continuously checked using automated health checks. This page displays actual monitoring data and service states are never manually overridden.
  • Reachability is measured by an independent external monitoring service; application health is verified by an HTTP check the server performs against itself (response code and body integrity).
  • The database, file storage and mail connectivity are tested with real attempts; for storage, a full write-read-verify-delete cycle is performed.
  • Checks are refreshed at most every 90 seconds. If a measurement is much older than that, the status is shown as "unknown" — we do not claim systems are operational based on stale data.
  • Uptime is calculated only over the time we actually observed, and the number of decimals shown is limited by the sample count. An unmeasured period is never counted as "no downtime".
  • This page is hosted on Lunovia infrastructure; in an outage where the server is entirely unreachable, this page will not load either. That is why the independent monitoring service’s own status page is a separate source of verification.
