Changelog
Platform güncellemeleri ve yeni özellikler.
23.09.2026
• Albums and EPs are now approved or declined as a whole — you get one email for the release, and the UPC applies to every track
• Verification and password reset emails from the mobile app now use the same layout as the website and arrive in your language
• If a payout request is declined, the reserved amount returns to your available balance straight away
• Signing out of the artist panel no longer affects other sessions open in the same browser
• Security improvements across sign-in and file downloads
22.09.2026
Contracts now end with a signature block for both parties: your signature and the Lunovia signatory, side by side.
• The label signature and signatory details are fixed at the moment the contract is created, so later changes never alter a contract you already have
16.09.2026
The artist panel got a new, consistent design.
• The menu is grouped into General, Music, Performance, Management and Account
• Documents and Contracts moved under Management, next to the other items that wait for your action
• On phones, tapping a form field no longer zooms the page — this was still happening on five pages
• Buttons, cards, headings and status colors now look the same on every page
• The release wizard moved to the same design
15.09.2026
• Event and award counters could show 0 while the list below them was full — fixed
• The merch page no longer says the store is not open yet while products are on sale
• Upload size messages in the release wizard no longer contradict each other
• The theme switch and the wizard step indicator can now be used with the keyboard
15.09.2026
• Two new public documents: the AI Music Policy and the Anti-Fraud & Platform Integrity Policy
• When you submit a release, you now tell us whether and how AI was used in making it
• Fans who pre-save a release now get an email when it comes out
• The Contact page gained categories for rights infringement and platform abuse reports
• The footer now shows the full company line: Lunovia Records, a division of Lunovia Group
10.09.2026
Royalty calculation now follows the artist agreement exactly: the distributor share is taken first, and your share is calculated on what remains (net receipts).
• Distributor, label and artist amounts now always add up to the gross amount, to the cent
10.09.2026
• Server processing time per request was cut by about 40% — the mobile app and partner connections feel it most
• The Status page now explains that most of the response time it shows is network distance from the measuring locations, not time spent on our servers
09.09.2026
The new Contact page gives every kind of enquiry its own route — distribution, label partnerships, business, press, technical support and general questions.
• Every message gets a reference number (LNV-CON-…) you can quote when you follow up
• Demo enquiries are pointed to the Demo page, so your music always reaches A&R through the right channel
• Press and Brand Assets now link to it instead of relying on a single email address
08.09.2026
Submitting a release now follows eight clear steps: Release Info, Schedule & History, Artists & Credits, Rights & Permissions, Cover Art, Tracks, Distribution Preferences and Review & Declaration.
• An unfinished release is kept as a draft, so you can continue later
• The ℗ and © lines are now filled in on every release automatically
• Your platform preferences are now carried through to delivery
08.09.2026
You can now reach the Lunovia team from inside your dashboard.
• New Support page: open a request in the category that fits, attach files and follow its status
• Requests about a release show its cover, so it is always clear which release you mean
• Requests waiting for your reply are highlighted until you answer
• Support is separate from Inbox, so conversations with the label and your requests no longer mix
08.09.2026
• Planned maintenance windows now appear on the Status page before they start, while they run and after they finish
• Past maintenance is listed with the services it affected
• Announcements from our monitoring now show at the top of the page
04.09.2026
You can now check whether the platform is up without asking us.
• New Status page: six services with their current state, uptime, response times, service targets and incident history
• It also explains how every number on it is measured, and says so plainly when coverage is too thin to claim an uptime figure
• A machine-readable version is published at /api/status
03.09.2026
• The home page headline now appears in the language you are browsing in
• Terminology was made consistent across the site, and a number of translations were corrected in all 11 languages
• Password reset and verification links are now always built from our own address
• The Team page was updated with current roles
02.09.2026
• Fixed an issue where part of your available balance could not be requested for payout
• Email verification codes can now only be used once
• Contact details belonging to third parties are no longer shown on public press pages
02.09.2026
A pass over every public page, and one honesty fix.
• Wording across the site now describes only what the platform actually does today
• The home page gained a "Why Lunovia?" section — including a line naming what we do not offer
• The A&R process is now described the same way on About and on Demo
• The Demo page gained a six-question FAQ
• Awards is now "Awards & Milestones", and each entry states whether it is our own record or recognition from an outside body
• Brand Assets gained a printable press kit
• Artist profiles now carry the site footer, so a shared link is no longer a dead end
• Discography cards on artist profiles are now clickable
• Sharing a Lunovia link now shows a wide banner instead of a small square logo
• The footer was simplified: legal links fit on one line and the copyright line is no longer squeezed
31.08.2026
• Profile photos are now re-encoded when you upload them, which removes the hidden camera data — including GPS coordinates. A photo taken on your phone no longer publishes where it was taken.
• Photos are also resized on upload, so large files no longer fail
• Contracts are now prepared in the language set on your account
25.08.2026
You can now follow your money end to end.
• New Statements page: gross, distributor and label shares, withholding, advance recoupment and your net — with a content hash you can keep and ask us about later
• New Payouts page: gross, fee and net for each payment, its status, the bank reference and a timeline
• Royalties now shows where your balance sits: Pending, Withdrawable, Processing and Paid
• The fee shown on screen is now exactly the fee that gets deducted
• Your bank details are recorded at the moment you request a payout, so a later edit cannot redirect a payment already in progress
• Every payout status now has a proper label instead of a raw internal value
18.08.2026
The artist panel was rebuilt around one consistent layout.
• Overview is now a summary — the detail lives in its own tab
• Four new pages: Releases, Royalties, Analytics and Goals
• Your profile photo now appears on every page, not only on a few of them
• Switching tabs no longer shifts the page sideways
• On public artist profiles, names and section headings were invisible on some themes — fixed
• Track rows on public profiles no longer break into two lines with a duplicate play button
18.08.2026
The national ID field has been removed from the platform, and the values already stored were erased.
• Your address now asks for a postal code instead, and it accepts international formats
• Our privacy and data protection texts were corrected in all 11 languages — they described data we do not actually collect, including date of birth
• The retention table now states plainly that the national ID is no longer kept
17.08.2026
• Legal links now have their own footer column instead of being stacked underneath Information
• "Lunovia Records" no longer breaks across two lines in the footer
• Sign-out could silently do nothing on a page that had been left open for a long time — fixed
• Files you upload while preparing a release are now tied to your account
13.08.2026
• The Team page moved from the top menu into the footer, keeping the main navigation short
• About now links straight to the FAQ
• Search engines can now tell that "Lunovia" and "Lunovia Records" are the same label
13.08.2026
The artist dashboard, sign-in screens and forms were reworked for phones.
• On iPhone, the bottom of some dashboard pages could not be reached at all — fixed
• Tapping a form field no longer zooms the page in and leaves it stuck there
• Wide tables now scroll sideways instead of running off the screen
• The Team page is now readable on mobile instead of being zoomed out
13.08.2026
A new Team page introduces the people behind Lunovia.
• Executive, Community and Technology — who does what, and what each area owns
12.08.2026
Before a release goes out to distribution you now confirm your rights in one screen.
• New Rights Declaration & Documents page, always reachable from the sidebar
• Upload requested documents directly, without leaving your dashboard
• If a release is under review, on hold or taken down, you now see it and the reason
• All legal documents are now available in 11 languages
12.08.2026
Fixed an issue where email verification codes were rejected as already expired. Codes now work for the full 10 minutes. The same fix applies to password reset and email change links.
08.08.2026
Sign-in protection now works per account instead of per network.
• On a VPN, campus or office network, someone else's failed attempts no longer lock you out
07.08.2026
• Your contract is now required before submitting a release, and the dashboard always tells you where it stands
• If a release is declined you now see the reason — in your dashboard, in Track Stats and in the email
• Permanent link to your contracts in the sidebar
04.08.2026
Artist invites are now personal instead of one shared password.
• Every accepted demo receives its own one-time code, valid for 45 days
• The code arrives in the acceptance email with a direct sign-up link
04.08.2026
Sending a demo is now its own page and handles large files.
• Uploads up to 300 MB — full-quality WAV masters go through
• Track title, country and city fields added
• Errors now appear next to the field and your answers are no longer cleared
• Your submission reference code can now be looked up by our team
30.07.2026
Four new documents explain how the platform works: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Demo Submission Terms.
• The cookie policy lists every cookie we use — there are no tracking or advertising cookies
• Fonts are now served from our own servers, so no requests go to third parties
• Sign-up now asks you to confirm the terms
29.07.2026
Your full track now unlocks on its release date instead of the day it is approved.
• Before the release date, listeners hear a 30-second preview
• Streaming links appear once the release is out
• You can always play your own track, at any time
29.07.2026
Roster, events, merch and press were rebuilt, and three new pages joined them.
• New pages: Awards, Hall of Fame and Brand Assets
• Lunovia Verified badge for approved artists
• Track Stats now shows live link traffic — last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days
• Search and genre filtering on the roster
28.07.2026
Each language now has its own address — for example /en/roster and /de/roster.
• Search engines can now find the English, German, Spanish and other versions
• Turkish stays on the addresses you already know
22.07.2026
• Spotify, Apple Music and other platform links now appear on your release page
• 30-second previews on public pages
• The mobile app now shows full release details, album track lists and credits
21.07.2026
Every release now gets its own short, unguessable share link.
• Copy your release link straight from Track Stats
• If you set a pre-order date, the link unlocks on that date
20.07.2026
The whole platform now speaks your language.
• Artist dashboard, forms and error messages translated into 11 languages
